WFP and UNHCR plan to develop a planning and tracking platform for delivery and distribution of assistance. The platform will allow tracking the needs and requests from partners and mapping of different locations of assistance and deliveries. The mapping will ensure consistent information on needs and areas of logistics support. The role of the data analyst will be to support the Food Security Working Group Coordinator to liaise with WFP cooperating partners to systematically track the needs and gaps in coverage of reception centers on a daily basis and produce a visualization tool for partners to easily access this information and enabling data-driven decision making for WFP’s activities.
